Plantains



Frying plantains is easy. For the unripe ones:

  1. Peal & slice
  2. Fry once until brown

  3. Flatten with hand & dip in salted water

  4. Fry again

  5. Salt and enjoy

For riper ones:

1. Follow steps 1, 2, and 5 above
