Potatoes in hot bell pepper sauce
---------------------------------------
Ingredients:
- 1 kg small potatoes
- salt
- 2 big dries Spanish peppers
- 1 dried chilli pepper
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 peeled toes of garlic
- ½ teaspoon grinded cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 2 dl olive oil

Cook the potatoes with salt for about 20 min.
Soak the Spanish peppers and chilli pepper for 15 min. in wine vinegar.

Drain the peppers well.
Cut peppers in pieces.

Put peppers and bell peppers in the machine and add garlic (pulped), cumin, salt and oregano.
Mash it until smooth, than add oil.


Bean salad with tuna and bell pepper
--------------------------------------------
Ingredients:

- tin of tuna (200 grams)
- tin of butterbeans (400 grams)
- roasted bell peppers
- 2 shallot
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons cut cilantro or parsley

Drain tuna and cut in little pieces.
Wash the beans in a strainer, let it drain.

Cut bell peppers in slices.
Cut shallot in very small pieces.
Cut tomato in little cubes.

Make dressing with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

Toss everything together.


Mussels with Serrano ham
---------------------------------------
Ingredients:

- 1 big onion
- 2 garlic toes
- Serrano ham (100 grams)
- butter (25 grams)
- tin of tomato cubes (400 gram)
- 1 dl crème
- cayenne pepper
- 3 teaspoons cut parsley
- 2 kg mussels

Peal and cut onions and garlic.
Cut ham in little pieces

Heat butter and bake onion and garlic softly for 5 min.
Add Serrano ham and bake for 3min.
Add tomato and crème until it boiled.
Let the sauce boil for 15 min. on low fire without lid.
Take sauce from fire and add cayenne pepper and parsley

Clean mussels and cook them.

Drain Mussels and stir sauce with mussels


Moorish lamb kebab
------------------------
Ingredients:

- 1 kg lamb
- 8 garlic toes
- 4 branches of parsley
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 lemons
- salt, pepper
- 2/3 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch cilantro
- 1 pinch grinded ginger
- 1 pinch pepper powder

Cut meat in cubes and put in a bowl.
Peal garlic, cut garlic and parsley.
Squeeze lemons
Add salt, spices, garlic, parsley, oil and lemon juice with meat and stir.
Marinade for 24 hours
Put meat on skewers and grill for 3 minutes

As you remember, we just made up the rolls using: smoked salmon, roe, seared tuna, avocado, cucumber, nori, rice topper, sesame seeds, cooked shrimp, etc. Rice was sticky and made in the microwave.
